Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any service on gigatrumppepe, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GigaTrumpPepe Exchange Ltd. They apply to all trading activity, account management, and any use of our API.

Permitted Use

You may use GigaTrumpPepe exclusively for lawful trading and asset management purposes. Any attempt to manipulate markets, circumvent KYC controls, or exploit platform infrastructure is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. GigaTrumpPepe will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted under your account is your legal responsibility.

You must ensure all information submitted during registration and KYC verification is accurate and current. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All platform content — including the trading engine, UI design, data feeds, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of GigaTrumpPepe Exchange Ltd. No part may be reproduced or reverse-engineered without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Cryptocurrency trading carries significant financial risk. GigaTrumpPepe does not guarantee profits and accepts no liability for losses resulting from market movements, user decisions, or third-party service disruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is capped at the fees you paid to GigaTrumpPepe in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

GigaTrumpPepe integrates with third-party providers including KYC verification tools, payment processors, and blockchain data services. We are not responsible for the conduct or availability of those third parties.

Security Obligations

You agree to enable two-factor authentication on your account and to notify GigaTrumpPepe immediately at info@gigatrumppepe.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Failure to report known breaches may limit your recourse.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of all digital assets held in your GigaTrumpPepe account. The platform acts as custodian only. You may withdraw your assets at any time, subject to identity verification and applicable withdrawal limits.

Changes to These Terms

GigaTrumpPepe reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
